Depart Cesme port and enjoy a scenic drive of approximately 60 minutes into the Urla region. Along the way, admire views of the Aegean coastline before transitioning into a landscape of rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards, an area known for its rich agricultural heritage and evolving culinary scene.

Hiç Farm – Farm-to-Table Setting

Upon arrival at Hiç Farm, guests are welcomed into a serene natural environment surrounded by gardens and open countryside. The experience is hosted in collaboration with a Michelin-level chef, who introduces the philosophy behind the day’s menu and the importance of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

Hands-On Cooking Class

Under the guidance of the chef, guests participate in an interactive cooking workshop where they prepare a selection of Aegean-inspired dishes. Using fresh ingredients harvested from the farm and nearby producers, guests will learn traditional techniques, flavor combinations, and preparation methods that define regional cuisine.

Farm Lunch Experience

After a leisurely dining experience, rejoin your transport for the approximately 60-minute return journey to Cesme port.
