In this simple and delightful restaurant setting, observe Chef Orlando demonstrate his fine culinary expertise and create some mouth-watering fusions, interact with the chef and learn cooking tips for creating amazing dishes.
Three-Course, Caribbean-Style Lunch
Following Chef Orlando's culinary demonstration, savour a three-course, Caribbean-style lunch. Your menu features an appetiser of Lucian vegetable soup. Your entrée includes a grilled catch-of-the-day served atop turmeric rice with a fruit salsa, grilled seasoned chicken served on a green banana vegetable cake with Creole sauce or a vegetable pepper pot. For dessert, enjoy a roasted banana with caramelized fruit or rainforest granola fruit crumble; both are served with vanilla ice cream. At the conclusion of your visit, re-board your mini-bus for the short drive back to the pier.
