This Silver Shore Mid-Land Adventure requires advance booking through Silversea Reservations no later than 90 days prior to sailing. Participation cannot be guaranteed for late requests. A minimum number of participants is required for the program to operate. If this number is not met, Silversea reserves the right to adjust the fare based on private arrangements or to cancel the program. All Mid-Land Adventures are non-transferable, and cancellation fees apply as per Silversea policy. Payment-in-full is due within 90 days prior to sailing. Day One – Thursday, 24 September 2026 Malaga – Andalusian Villages – Madrid

Scenic Journey into the Andalusian Countryside

Depart the port of Malaga for a scenic drive into the Andalusian countryside. Travel through rolling hills dotted with olive groves en route to the charming town of Colmenar, where you will enjoy a traditional breakfast of chocolate con churros at a local café.

Olive Oil Heritage and Village Traditions

Continue to Alfarnate for a visit to a traditional olive oil mill, learning about Spain’s centuries-old olive oil production and enjoying a tasting of freshly pressed oils.

Proceed onward to Alfarnatejo for a rare and intimate cultural encounter inside a traditional village home. Guests are welcomed by local hosts and treated to a multi-course Andalusian lunch, offering authentic insight into regional life and culinary traditions.

High-Speed Rail Transfer to Madrid

In the afternoon, transfer to the train station and board Spain’s high-speed AVE train to Madrid (Comfort Class). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Day Two – Friday, 25 September 2026 Madrid – Alicante

Discovering Madrid’s Cultural Heart

After breakfast and check-out, enjoy a guided walk through Madrid’s historic Centre en route to the world-renowned Museo Del Prado.

Inside, a guided introduction highlights key masterpieces, followed by free time to explore according to personal interests.

Atmospheric Lunch in Historic Vaults

Lunch is served at Bodega de los Secretos, an atmospheric restaurant set within historic vaulted cellars, featuring a carefully curated multi-course menu paired with regional wines.

Following some free time in Madrid, transfer to the train station and board the high-speed train to Alicante. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Transfer to Alicante

A light dinner will be arranged at the hotel (menu to be confirmed).

Day Three – Saturday, 26 September 2026 Alicante – Valencia

A Sensory Introduction to Alicante

Enjoy a relaxed morning before beginning a unique sensory walking tour of Alicante. Starting near the Plaza de Toros, visit Darkum Oud and receive a curated fragrance gift box, introducing a multi-sensory exploration of Alicante’s heritage, from Roman Lucentum to Mediterranean florals.

Gourmet Flavours and Local Traditions

Conclude the experience with gourmet tapas and drinks at La Milagrosa Hotel Terrace, followed by a visit to a traditional heladería where you can enjoy a local dessert.

In the afternoon, travel by private coach to Valencia. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and freshen up.

Evening Tapas with a View in Valencia

In the evening, transfer to the city centre for a rooftop tapas experience at Atenea Sky Bar, featuring local specialties and beverages in a vibrant setting. Guests may remain in the city centre at leisure or return via scheduled transfer.

Day Four – Sunday, 27 September 2026 Valencia – Return to Ship

Vintage Car Experience Through Valencia’s Old Town

Enjoy free time in the morning, located just a short walk from the City of Arts and Sciences.

Experience Valencia in exceptional style aboard privately reserved vintage cars (4 guests per vehicle), with special permission to drive through the historic Old Town.

Tapas, Market Visit and Return to the Ship

Photo stops include the iconic City of Arts and Sciences and historic plazas such as Plaza de la Reina and Plaza de la Virgen. Continue with tapas at Mercado Sorrell followed by a guided walk through Valencia’s Central Market. Return to the hotel to collect luggage before transferring to the port to rejoin your ship.

Please note: This program involves approximately 6–8 km of walking over the course of four days, including uneven surfaces and cobblestones in historic centres. Moderate activity level applies. Guests must be comfortable boarding trains and motor coaches and managing their luggage during transfers. The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. Comfortable walking shoes are essential. Participation is limited to 18 guests, and early booking is highly recommended.
