Upon arrival, you will greeted by your hosts who will take you to their vegetable garden on property. You will learn about the use of local plants and pick options for your meal. Enter the kitchen where you will learn the various cooking methods of the island. Simplicity, know-how, authenticity and exchange take precedence over complexity, technicality and prestige. You will leave with a knowledge of local products and know-how.

After some explanation and demonstrations, it's up to you to put on the apron! Try your hand at different traditional cooking techniques that reveal new flavors, make the best sauces and sides.
