Your day begins with a scenic 70-minute drive to a century-old farmhouse nestled in the olive groves. Located near Archidona, in the heart of Málaga's northern countryside, this authentic experience offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of organic olive oil production. The estate is committed to preserving the environment while producing high-quality extra-virgin olive oil, led by two passionate siblings, Luis and María. Their dedication to ecological farming is reflected in every step of the process, from cultivation to production, ensuring each drop of oil is both exquisite and sustainable. María Jesus will personally welcome you to their family home, sharing the history and agricultural traditions of her family.
Guided Tour of Olive Orchard, Olive Oil Tasting & Brunch with Local Delicacies
You'll then enjoy a guided tour of the ecological olive orchard, where you'll learn about sustainable farming practices and the art of olive cultivation. Your guide will explain the careful processes involved in producing organic extra virgin olive oil and the methods used to maintain the health of the trees and the surrounding environment. After the tour, take a seat in Maria Jesus’s living room and enjoy a tasting of their organic extra virgin olive oil, paired with a brunch of different local products such as local cheeses, Spanish tortilla, salads, and of course some sherry. After brunch, commence the drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or those who use wheelchairs, as it involves approximately 900 meters of walking over uneven surfaces, cobblestones, uphill terrain, and up to 25 steps. Comfortable walking shoes are essential. The experience is conducted outdoors and in a rustic environment; seasonal clothing is recommended. During warm weather, guests are advised to wear sun protection, a hat, and sunglasses.
