Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately 50-minute drive through Charlottetown, the birthplace of Canada, en route to the picturesque countryside. Along the way, see rolling farmlands, stunning seascapes, tiny villages and bustling harbours.  Your drive continues into Prince Edward Island National Park. Upon arrival, marvel at stunning vistas of the white sandy beaches and sapphire blue water out to the red sandstone cliffs.

Green Gables Heritage Place

Re-board your coach and continue to the Green Gables Heritage Place, the homestead which inspired the setting for Lucy Maud Montgomery to create her beloved tale of a red-haired orphan, Anne of Green Gables. Explore the rooms in the house or take a stroll down 'Lovers' Lane'.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 500-1000 yards (minimum 457 metres), with two-three steps to negotiate at a time. This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility and those who utilise a collapsible wheelchair; however, some areas of the Green Gables House (including the second floor) and the beach are not accessible. Guests must be able to get on/off the coach without assistance.

In case of an afternoon arrival of the ship in port, guests are recommended to have a snack before leaving the ship or a late breakfast as lunch is served late during the tour.
