Volterra historic centre and Roman Theatre, Alabaster workshop
Depart from the pier in Livorno and begin your journey through the scenic Tuscan countryside, travelling for just over an hour toward the hilltop town of Volterra. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and start a walking tour that includes the impressive Ancient Roman Theatre, a visit to an authentic alabaster workshop to observe traditional craftsmanship, and time to explore the medieval Piazza dei Priori in the historic centre.
Lajatico and Teatro del Silenzio, Bocelli family vineyards in Poggioncino
Continue through rolling landscapes to Lajatico, birthplace of Andrea Bocelli, where you visit the remarkable open-air Teatro del Silenzio, the venue created in collaboration with the Maestro for his annual summer concert. From here, travel a short distance to the Bocelli family vineyards in Poggioncino for a tranquil countryside stop overlooking the Bocelli farmhouse.

Your experience then continues at Officine Bocelli, where members of the Bocelli family host a guided wine tasting featuring their signature labels, alongside an appetizer of local products including oil and honey from the estate. Afterward, sit down to a delicious three-course Tuscan lunch paired with Bocelli wines, followed by time to explore La Casa Bocelli Museum, located on the first floor of the restaurant and dedicated to the Maestro’s artistic journey and family history.
Pisa, Piazza dei Miracoli, the Leaning Tower
Leaving the countryside behind, travel to Pisa for free time in Piazza dei Miracoli, where you may shop, enjoy an Italian gelato, and admire the Baptistery and the world-renowned Leaning Tower from the exterior. The tour concludes with a comfortable drive back to the pier in Livorno.
