Excursion Adventure turbo cat snorkel and beach escape tour at Saint Thomas

Cruise line: Silversea
Difficulty:

Ready for some waterborne adventuring in a handsome vessel with burled wood features?   Step aboard this spacious Turbo Power Cat equipped with flat-screen TV and open lounge seating for a highly scenic voyage along St. Thomas’ southern coast – followed by some fine snorkeling and beaching.

Island Cove snorkeling

Your first hour is all comfort, cruising in style along the island’s picturesque south coast and by the Windward Passage, made famous almost 500 years ago by British privateer Sir Francis Drake. Anchor in the pristine waters of Island Cove, renowned for its colourful underwater beauty and equally stunning above-the-surface island views. With approximately 45 minutes to explore the waters here, you’ll snorkel and swim in delight while listening to great music and relaxing in one of the world's most beautiful settings. If active snorkeling’s not your thing, simply hang out and take it all in from the comfort of the "noodle line."

Blissful beaching

Move from snorkeling to sun-lounging as a half-hour’s cruise carries you to a powdery white sand beach tailor-made for forgetting your time, any cares, and possibly even your name. Spend an hour living your very best castaway lifestyle here before reboarding the Power Cat for the brief return journey to Charlotte Amalie pier. Along the way, you can sip complimentary water, sodas, and rum punch – and plot your return to this paradise.
