Ancient Olympia

Start your day by meeting your tour guide and accessible van at the pie and head out on a scenic drive to the first stop of the day, the incredible site of the Ancient Olympia. Escorted by your tour guide, explore the ancient ruins and archeological highlights of the site of the original Olympic Games. Among other things, you will see the original stadium with its judge's seat and finish line well preserved, admire the Temples of Hera and Zeus and visit the House of Nero which is the villa that the Roman Emperor stayed in every four years during the ancient games.

Please note: This tour involves a minimal amount of walking and is specially designed for guests who utilise a wheelchair or a scooter. Combined maximum weight of equipment user and equipment is 400 kg. Maximum width is 100 cm; maximum length is 100 cm and max height inside vehicle allowed is 130 cm. The tour route avoids steps and stairs. Lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection are recommended. An accessible vehicle with a wheelchair lift or ramp will be used for transportation. Guides are not allowed to push wheelchairs. A minimum participation of 6 guests is required to operate the excursion at the advertised rate. Space on this tour is extremely limited; we suggest you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
