Next, re-board your coach and proceed for a Chinese, set-menu dinner at the Nanhai No. 1 restaurant (or similar). With its contemporary Chinese cuisine, cutting-edge interior design and fabulous city panoramas, the restaurant is popular among locals and visitors. Named after pioneering Chinese naval explorer Zheng He's 15th-century 'treasure fleet', Nanhai No.1 is envisioned as a culinary voyage of exploration inspired by the sea.

Re-board your coach for a panoramic drive enjoying the city lights heading to the bustling Temple Street Market, a wonderful place to purchase mementos of your visit to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, some free time is made available to browse the night markets for souvenirs. For non-shoppers, this market is a great place to explore open-air Chinese operas, and/or have your fortune told by a palm or tarot card reader (if available).

At the conclusion of your visit, re-board your coach and commence the short drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 0.93 miles (about 1.5 kilometres), at times over uneven, cobblestone surfaces, with two-six high steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and several steps at the Temple Street Night Market. This tour is not recommended for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Smart-casual clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes is recommended; shorts and slippers are not permitted. Guests must be at least two years old to participate on this tour.
