Excellent organization and excellent cleanliness. The staff are OUTSTANDING and extremely kind. This was our first cruise, so we have no basis for comparison, but as far as we are concerned, it fully met our expectations. The children had a wonderful time — our two grandchildren, aged 7 and 4 — so much so that, when we were on the pier after leaving the ship to go back home, the 7-year-old, looking sad, asked: “Can we stay a little longer on the Royal?”... I think that says everything about how much he enjoyed it.
