MSC is extremely well organized and pays great attention to customer care. However, I strongly advise against booking two consecutive weeks, as MSC considers them two separate cruises. For example, it is not possible to book excursions for the second week during the first week of sailing. As a result, other passengers departing from home for the second week had already booked and sold out all available spots. There are also shortcomings in the details: to this day, I still do not receive notification emails for offers or purchase confirmations, and customer service has not resolved the issue.
