Excellent company even if I would recommend more control on board, especially in the pool areas where the sunbeds are occupied for hours with only towels and are stormed and moved by unauthorized people at the risk of causing serious injuries, Hot tubs for 8 with 11 people inside or those for 12 with as many as 22 people with a large majority of children who take them for a playground. The company should finally also give relevance to the first experiences and not just from the Aurea onwards, as they also spend money. In fact, at 1.30 am I found the cabin with the plastic sheet for the suitcases and the cushions with blue control tape like in the morning (something that never happened on other cruises). I complained to the reception and the answer was that with my experience I could only have one room arrangement per day as MSC gave these directives but rightly I ask myself, should I throw the protective plastic on the bed outside the cabin preparing it for my night???? after 11 cruises and this is the first time this has happened.

Excellent company but I noticed a worsening in the treatment and care of the customer, certainly due to the excessive number of people on board. The sheets were never changed for the whole week and the room, unlike in the past, was only made in the morning.
Good evening, I don't know the company specifically, I have been on 2 cruises so far, but I have seen that the staff are mostly foreigners
MSC has much more beautiful ships than other companies but in recent years, it neglects the services provided to its (so far loyal) customers, for example it does not have enough staff on board (despite being an Italian Company and also for this reason sometimes chosen) who can support Italians and if you don't know English, not even the lady who tidies the room can understand you, for years now we have had the wrong dinner shift, despite having expressly requested it (and for health reasons) at the time of purchasing the cruise and since the restaurants available have decreased, shifts have tripled which can even happen at snack times.. but above all the quality of the food is not up to the price paid.
