I did the panoramic train excursion in Flam. The excursion was very beautiful and exciting. The panoramic train offers the possibility to observe the landscape of the Flåm fjord from another point of view. A special thank you to Teodora (Shorex Manager) and Francesco (Excursions) for their kindness and for having explained to us what the tour would be like.

Where to start with the company. First point the bar staff were particularly annoyed with the work they were doing, perhaps out of 1200 employees less than 50 could be saved. Unfriendly and on top of that it took at least 40 minutes of waiting to get a drink, specifying that in some cases there was not even this flow of people at the counter to be able to wait so long. The waiter Leoni is the only positive note about the service, he was very friendly and very kind to every request. At the moment I think that for my next cruise I will not choose MSC given the terrible experience we found in this week of vacation. Kind regards
This is my sixth cruise on msc, second time on SEASIDE, the correct term would be chilling, the shadow of the company I knew is no longer there, there is no longer an Italian, rude staff (excluding the restaurant guys), quality in every aspect is at a low point, as a Gold member I was refused the hour in the thermal area because my wife was a silver member (and she always traveled with me), there are many things to write about, after this experience bordering on the paradoxical I don't think I will choose msc again PS not to mention the bad impressions I made with my travel companions, to whom I had told about a completely different company
