As always, it lacks organization. On the day of boarding until 8 pm I didn't have towels and shower curtains. And we received the blue diamond gift on the last evening at 8 pm only after my request. The new cards are not yet available. But in any case the staff was always kind.

Beautiful and first experience, everything very organized and functional, some disembarkations require time to reach the places to visit, therefore the time on land is very long and in some cases is more stressful than inviting. On-board staff is helpful, some are faster, others are decidedly slow. A special mention to our dining room waiter Fortunato, a person who is attentive, friendly and precise!

Little staff who speak Italian and in some things the communication, especially at the Reception, is difficult. The refund on the ship for having planned the disembarkation in Piraeus on May 1st is ridiculous! Everything was closed and furthermore we lost many hours in Split. From a big company you expect that you don't arrive on the ship to discover that everything has been canceled and everything has changed. We spent a lot just to visit Mykonos (and here I refer to the comment on the destinations..) and Athens.. it's not possible that you didn't realize it was May 1st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
