I had a great time. It was my first cruise and I'm super satisfied.
I always travel with MSC.
Very attentive to the various needs, both in the 'hotel' treatment and in the organization / management of excursions or transfers, perhaps little attention to Italian guests ..... (certainly in the numerical minority ....)
very well organized, excellent staff
MSC, being an Italian company, is very well organized - everything seems planned down to the smallest detail. It's almost perfect. In particular, crew members like Dedi Suardiatma, Sid, Upul Chandana, Ritesh Damry and Wayshma made the experience really very pleasant. Unfortunately there were also one or two staff members who were not particularly friendly or nice. Overall however, the service was excellent - especially the fact of being greeted with a 'Sir' in the corridors and receiving wishes for a good evening I found very appreciable. I would like it even more if the most deserving employees were rewarded with a bonus system or something similar. There were so many people who gave their best in everything they did. I would have liked to mention them all by name, so that they would receive the recognition they deserve for the excellent service - for this reason I mentioned at least some of them here.
We had a good time
The organization and the on-board staff were impeccable and so was the speed with which they managed the early return of all the passengers due to a fire on board.. NEGATIVE BECAUSE MY HONEYMOON TRIP WENT UP IN "SMOKE".
I don't know if it depends on the company or something else but I found the staff always available but they speak less and less Italian. Unfortunately, we of a certain age don't know English

MSC knows how to make you feel at home
Excellent opinion I wanted to thank the cadet Roberta FAlcone who in the moments of panic that occurred on the Orchestra ship on the night of June 3rd was a valid support for all of us, thank you, thank you, I also thank all the members of the msc staff .
The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved (a lot) the table service at the restaurant is excellent, a round of applause to Paolo from the Villa Rossa restaurant and his team.

A little disappointing compared to last year
Splendid ship in the true sense of the word, punctual in the stops, very good food at least in the buffet restaurant, apart from the 2.30 hour break, from 4.30 pm to 7.00 pm, you practically always eat, pizza baked from 12 am to 2 am.
Positive and well-organized company
I've been on better cruises than this, little time for excursions, too much confusion, not being able to find a seat in any bar on the ship after the second dinner shift and not even in the pool during the day, I was very disappointed
MSC is an excellent company
Super positive week, the MSC team was able to combine professionalism, cheerfulness and comfort. The cruise took on a familiar feel thanks to the company of friends from Buonabitacolo, Padula and Larciano.
