Depart the port of Airlie Beach for a short, approximately 15-minute coach transfer to Shute Harbour. The drive offers pleasant coastal scenery as you travel toward this picturesque harbour, gateway to the Whitsunday Islands.

Glass Bottom Boat Experience

Upon arrival at Shute Harbour, step aboard a covered glass-bottom boat designed for comfort and optimal viewing. Settle into shaded seating as your vessel glides across the calm, sheltered waters for an approximately 60-minute cruise.

Peer through large glass panels in the boat’s floor to observe a colourful underwater world, including vibrant hard and soft corals, schools of tropical fish, and other fascinating marine life. Above the surface, take in panoramic views of turquoise waters framed by lush green hills and island landscapes.

At the conclusion of the cruise, re-board your coach for the short transfer back to the port of Airlie Beach.

Please note: This tour involves minimal walking, including an approximate 0.2 miles (about 300 meters) to and from the jetty over mainly flat terrain, with a small step required to board the vessel. This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility who are able to step on and off the boat and coach; however, it is not wheelchair accessible.
