Excursion Look out hills hike tour at Gros Morne National Park

Drive 10 minutes to the Discovery Centre from Woody Point and receive a brief overview of your hike. Then begin your scenic hike that features some of the best viewpoints in the park. Continue along a boardwalk which leads you pass the tree line to the summit of Partridgeberry Hill and the best panoramic view in the park covering Bonne Bay, Gros Morne, the Long Range mountains, the Lookout Hills Plateau and the Tablelands.

Please note: Guests must be extremely fit to partake in this active 2-hour hike, which is strenuous and not suitable for casual walkers or guests with limited mobility. The trail is approximately 5km (3 miles) long with over 50 steps to negotiate. Passengers must wear hiking boots and may not be able to join the excursion if their footwear is not appropriate. Vehicles used are local yellow school busses and due to the limited number of vehicles, every seat on the tour vehicle will be utilized. Dress in layers with sturdy, closed toe walking shoes/boots, weatherproof jacket, and bring sun protection and insect repellent.
