Excursion Lismore gardens and waterford highlights tour at Waterford

Waterford City

After lunch, transfer to House of Waterford Crystal for a guided tour. This tour gives an up close insight into the centuries old tradition of crystal making. After the tour, indulge yourself with the world's most famous crystal in a lavish retail store, which houses the largest collection of Waterford Crystal found anywhere in the world.

Depart the House of Waterford Crystal and enjoy panoramic city tour. This walled city is of Viking origin and still retains much of its medieval character. The parameters of the 10^th-century settlement can be clearly identified in The Viking Triangle which has the most historic urban medieval monument in Ireland, Reginald's Tower. The elegant Chamber of Commerce building, the City Hall and the Bishop's Palace are prime examples of beautiful 18th century architecture

Return by luxury coach to the Pier.

It is suitable for guests who utilise a wheelchair who can embark and disembark the coach via the coach steps however parts of the gardens will be inaccessible. While appropriate for those with limited mobility, these guests may require additional time at certain elements of the tour. An inside visit to the Lismore Castle is not permitted.
