After tendering ashore, meeting your guide and walking to the coach parking location, depart for the scenic drive along the Middle Corniche to the tiny medieval village of Eze. Perched on a rocky promontory overlooking the coast, Eze is one of the jewels of the south of France; a popular holiday spot for royalty, and the rich and famous. Upon arrival, walk up to and through the 14th-century double-gateway. A sentry walk leads into the steep and narrow streets, passageways and stairways. At times, the streets run beneath the carefully-restored houses that now serve as charming boutiques or artists' studios. Streets of this town are closed to the traffic and the town can only be explored by foot.

Saint Paul de Vence, Free Time

Leaving Eze, re-board your coach and drive to the artistic haven of Saint Paul de Vence, a 16th-century walled village known for its medieval charm. A guided visit unveils the secrets of this historic gem, with its remarkably intact ramparts. Wander through narrow cobblestone lanes, explore boutiques, and soak in the artistic atmosphere that has attracted both creators and stars over the years. Enjoy an hour of free time to further discover the village's monuments and unique landmarks.

Please note: This tour is available for disembarking guests with flights from Nice-Cote d'Azur airport after 7 pm. This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 0.5 miles (about 0.8 kilometres), at times over uneven and cobblestone surfaces and inclines, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and embark/disembark the ship's tender, and many steps at the sites visited. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes, and bring sun protection, bottled water and local currency for purchases from the ship. Guests must be at least 12 years old to participate on this tour.
