Excursion Discover capri on foot & its views tour at Capri

Discover Capri, one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean, with its stunningly blue bay studded with the famous faraglioni (sea stacks), its jagged coast peppered with beautiful flowering trees and manicured buildings. This 4.5-hour excursion provides you with an opportunity to explore the interior of this island and all of its charms on foot.

Drive 30 minutes to the center of Capri town to begin your guided walking tour for a total of two miles of walking approximately. Enjoy seeing the Piazzetta, a compact and lovely place that serves as the central hub of the town and is considered the most fashionable squares in the world. Do some window shopping as you walk down Via Camarelle, teeming with high end luxury boutiques that offer some of the most opulent shopping in the Mediterranean.

Walk as far as Punta Tragara for breathtaking views of the Capri Bay and the Faraglioni Rocks. Your walk concludes with a walk along cobblestone streets to the Augustus Gardens, which offer more beautiful panoramic views as you stroll amongst beautifully maintained and lush gardens, a true paradise on earth.

At the end of your extensive and lovely two-hour walking tour, relax and enjoy an aperitif by a beautiful panoramic rooftop overlooking the Bay of Capri. At the conclusion of the tour you have the option to follow your guide for the transfer back to the ship or you may return later on your own, staying a bit longer to enjoy the charms of Capri.

Please note: This tour involves extensive walking (approximately two miles) on cobblestones, uneven surfaces and stairs. This tour is not recommended for guests with limited mobility or for guests who use a wheelchair. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended and guests should expect a significant amount of sun exposure. Due to the amount of walking, this tour is not recommended for toddlers under the age of three.
