Your day begins with a 1 hour and 15-minute hands-on cooking class led by the talented Rosewood Chef Team, starting at 10:30 am. Under their guidance, learn new culinary skills or sharpen existing ones in a lively, interactive environment. Choose your preferred focus—Meat, Fish, or Vegetarian—by informing the chef the 3 days before.
Gourmet Lunch & Oceanfront Setting
After the class, enjoy a delicious 3-course set lunch served feet in the sand, facing the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The meal includes two glasses of wine, water, coffee, and tea, providing a true seaside dining experience.
Relaxation & Ocean Observation
Post-lunch, unwind on a sunbed with shade overlooking the Lagoon of Grand-Cul-de-Sac, where you might catch sight of sea turtles swimming nearby. Take a dip in the hotel’s infinity pool or relax with unlimited Wi-Fi, making this a perfect blend of culinary fun and leisure.
