Somewhat outdated; maintenance work would be required. Limited cleanliness in the buffet area and common spaces, and insufficient staff, especially in the buffet and bars.
The ship was Lirica, not Sinfonia, but I must say it was small yet welcoming and beautiful.
Acceptable (I would like to point out that the booking was originally for Sinfonia, but the ship was later changed to Lirica).
Everyone knew the ship was a bit old… but it turned out to be incredibly boring. No entertainment, issues with the cabin, my suitcase was lost and found the following morning, and the waiter at the restaurant was incompetent—after three evenings they replaced him, and I’d like to point out that I wasn’t the one who complained.
