Definitely dated, in the bathroom, in the shower, the water jet came out from multiple parts of the shower head, spraying everywhere. Signs of wear and tear scattered.

Beautiful and luxurious ship, our cabin with a porthole for 4 people was really too small
I have been on many cruises and I believe that the 'old' ships, even with fewer attractions, offer a better service and attention to the customer
The Musica ship is dated, although well maintained. Unfortunately it is quite small, with few outdoor spaces and also inside it does not offer many attractions. During the most crowded periods, you don't live at your best.

The internal cabin is really small, compared to that of the Splendida which was the first experience and was very beautiful, for this reason I wanted to do another one, but this one was not good. The cleaning in the room was not as well-kept and present as last year, one day I had to put the sign outside at 7 pm because it had not yet been done. At the restaurant, the food was really terrible on several evenings. At the buffet it was decent, but, I repeat, nothing compared to the Msc Splendida

a bit dated and small for the itinerary faced, but clean and welcoming. The gluten-free service needs to be improved, especially for the buffet, a different service should be offered for this dietary need, a special corner for gluten-free people like for vegans would be enough

the ship is almost 20 years old and some parts such as the cabins should be modernized
the only flaw is the lack of a dedicated area for celiacs at the buffet ... there are vegan and vegetarian areas but not one for celiacs ... celiac disease is a disease while vegetarians and vegans is a life choice....
