Depart the pier for the scenic, approximate 30-minute drive to the Shiroyama Scenic Overlook. After a brief photo stop here, re-board your coach and drive by the bronze statue of Saigo Takamori, known as the 'Last Samurai'.

Kagoshima Tour & Amaminosato, Traditional Oshima Silk

Next, your tour continues to Amami no Sato. Here, take a stroll through a unique Kagoshima garden with a mix of Japanese garden and tropical plants, and visit a workshop and gallery of Oshima silk, a traditional craft. You may also stop by the souvenir store at the venue to purchase souvenirs.

Return to the pier thereafter.

This tour involves a minimal amount of walking, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach. This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility and those who utilise a wheelchair. Folding wheelchairs will be stored in the luggage compartment of the coach; the coach cannot accommodate electric scooters. Guests are advised to wear lightweight, comfortable clothing, and bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses from the ship. The tour sequence may vary.
