Toulon, Countryside Drive, Saint Tropez

Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately 1.5-hour drive to legendary Saint Tropez along a picturesque countryside road. Saint Tropez became famous during the New Wave, a highly-influential French art film movement that emerged in the late-1950s-early-1960s. During that movement, Roger Vadim allegedly discovered French actress Brigitte Bardot here in Saint Tropez. Nowadays, Saint Tropez is a favourite summer destination for international jet setters who flock here for its prize waterfront, where the pink houses seem to glow in the sun facing the luxury yachts.
