Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately 30-minute drive south along the coast to Hartley's Crocodile Adventures. Upon arrival, receive your safety and tour instructions, then embark your awaiting boat for a picturesque cruise along the Daintree River. Along the way, pass through the melaleuca wetland, take in splendid views of your surrounds, and learn about the local fauna through educational wildlife presentations.

Following your cruise, some free time is made available to explore the park and its attractions at your own pace. Stroll along a network of timber boardwalks and pathways through woodlands and rainforest. Other highlights include Hartley's Lagoon, and giant salt- and freshwater crocodiles. At the conclusion of your visit, re-board your coach and commence the approximately 30-minute drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 1.24 miles (about two kilometres), at times over uneven, natural, sandy, muddy, slippery, and gravel surfaces and inclines, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach. Walking at Hartley's Crocodile Adventures is at the discretion of each guest. This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, guests with neck and/or back problems, guests with heart and/or respiratory conditions, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear lightweight, comfortable clothing, with flat, sturdy, and closed-toe walking or hiking shoes you won't mind getting dirty, and bring sun protection, insect repellent, bottled water, and local currency or credit cards for purchases from the ship.
