Upon arrival, head to the Pagerie Habitation, where Josephine Empress lived the first 16 years of her life with her family in the 18th century before becoming the Empress of France. Next, Chef Prisca begins your engaging and informative cooking class. Learn about life in Martinique, and how to prepare traditional fritters utilising fresh seasonal produce. Chef Prisca also prepares various French-West Indian aperitifs. Following your cooking class, sample these freshly-made, traditional specialities and homemade cocktails. At the conclusion of your visit, re-board your coach and commence the approximately 35-minute drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking and standing for approximately 219 yards (about 200 metres), with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and at the Josephine Empress Museum.
