This 11-minute, dark train ride presents a unique and dramatized tale of the Vikings, and leads you through the life of a Viking family and their travels throughout Europe.

Next, take a short walk along the water to one of the main attractions in Sweden, the Vasa Museum. Here, see and hear the story about the Vasa, once considered to be one of the world's largest and most prestigious warships, and the pride of Sweden's mighty navy. The museum is built around the 17th-century warship, which sank in Stockholm's inner-harbour on her maiden voyage in 1628. Salvaged in 1961 and today restored to much of its former glory, the Vasa represents an authentic piece of living history. The magnificent view of the ship upon entering the Museum is of particular note. Following your tour, some free time is made available for independent exploration.

Leaving the Vasa Museum, take a panoramic sightseeing drive through Stockholm. Along the way, pass several renowned landmarks including the Royal Dramatic Theatre, City Centre, Opera House, Parliament building, and, of course, get a view of the Royal Palace. Your tour concludes back at the pier.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 547 yards-0.6 miles (about 500 metres-one kilometre), at times over uneven and cobblestone surfaces, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and stairs at the museum; a lift is available. Walking at the Vasa Museum is at the discretion of each guest. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear warm, comfortable clothing in layers with flat, closed-toe walking shoes, and bring sun protection and a weatherproof jacket from the ship. The Ragnfrid's Saga train-ride is recommended for guests at least seven years old. The tour sequence may vary. Space on this tour is very limited; we suggest you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
