Excursion Flores island drive tour at Santa Cruz das Flores

Departing the pier, we head towards the northeastern coast of the island to Ponta dos Cedros Belvedere, where expansive views stretch across the ocean towards Corvo Island. Continuing along the southwestern coast, we make a stop at Rocha dos Bordões, a remarkable natural monument featuring vertical basalt formations that are distinctive to the Azores. The adventure proceeds to the sea-level villages of Fajãzinha and Fajã Grande, framed by stunning coastal scenery.

On our way back, we traverse the island's interior, arriving at the serene lake district, one of Flores' most breathtaking landscapes, particularly captivating when the hydrangeas are in full bloom.
