After a picturesque drive from Safi, set off on a guided walking tour of Essaouira's historic Medina. Capture images of the city’s famous fishing harbor, ancient sea walls, traditional blue wooden boats, and lively waterfront as fishermen unload their daily catch. Proceed through the enchanting backstreets of the Medina, uncovering hidden gems such as the historic hammam, the former Portuguese consulate, the Jewish quarter, and vibrant local markets. Throughout the journey, Darren will offer tailored guidance and image critiques to enhance your photographic skills and help you encapsulate the spirit of this delightful Atlantic town.

Following a traditional Moroccan lunch at a local eatery, take some time to further explore Essaouira and refine your newly learned photography techniques at your leisure before heading back to Safi and your awaiting vessel.

Please note: This full-day excursion includes approximately 2.5 hours of travel each way between Safi and Essaouira. Guests should expect to walk approximately 4 km (2.5 miles) over the course of the day on uneven surfaces, cobblestones, and within the Medina. This tour is designed for photography enthusiasts of all skill levels. Guests are encouraged to bring their preferred camera equipment and ensure batteries are fully charged. Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, and a hatand sunglasses are recommended. The order of visits may vary depending on local conditions.
