Please note: This tour requires minimal activity and is suitable for those with limited mobility. Casual dress and comfortable walking shoes recommended, along with sun protection and sunglasses. Tonga is a very-low-income country with very basic infrastructure, and vastly different to the western culture mentality. Local conditions may be challenging; therefore, we urge flexibility and understanding as we visit unique and somewhat remote destinations. Coaches, guides, hotels, restaurants, equipment, and services are the best-available in the area but may not be up to the standards of those found on other excursions. Local buses are not equipped with the A/C and the local guides are not professionally trained tour guides, but they speak English and are happy to share their home with you and answer any questions.
