Important Details

• Not suitable for wheelchair or mobility guests. Participants should be physically capable of completing the tour. As a guideline, the recommended age limit is up to 70 years. Not advised for those with medical conditions unsuitable to bike riding. This tour is not recommended for those guests who: are pregnant; have undergone surgery recently; are taking prescribed medication/ receiving medical treatment currently; have pre-existing neck, back, knee and/or shoulder injury; are suffering from heart disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, respiratory problem and/or physical disability. Guests must be able to comfortably ride a bike unaided.

• Guests must be able to ride a 2 wheeled bike. Guests must be able to embark and disembark the vehicle without assistance. Due to Occupational Health and Safety Laws, drivers are unable to assist in helping passengers on and off the minibus, or unable to lift more than 10kg.

• Guests must be able to walk to the coach loading area and negotiate 2 to 3 steps to enter or disembark minibus. Guests with mobility concerns, who choose to partake in tour, should have an able bodied companion to assist.

• Basic Cycling Skills Required: It is essential that all guests joining the tour are already proficient in riding a bicycle. This includes balance, steering, peddling, and braking. Bike riders can at any time be tested for alcohol, the max limit is .05. Guests cannot opt to bring own bike, only bikes to be used whilst on tour are electric bikes supplied by tour operator.

• This tour operates in inclement weather. The tour itinerary is subject to change. If rain/storms prevents or reduces cycling, the tour will continue on the minibus with additional stops and site visits to suit. Guests are not permitted to stay on board the minibus during site visit.
