Located at beautiful Pain de Sucre Beach, this idyllic resort features exquisite tropical gardens, and breath-taking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and offshore islands of the Guadaloupe Archipelago.

Upon arrival at the Le Bois Joli Resort, your hostess welcomes you to the pontoon and escorts you on a journey through the culinary history of Guadaloupe. Afterward, proceed for a tasting of savoury local bites in which delightful French gastronomy is merged with locally-sourced ingredients and Creole specialities to create a uniquely delicious and satisfying marriage of flavours. Included are local punches, syrups, and jellies, foie gras and duck breast toasts with Creole spices such as thyme, turmeric, colombo, and vegetarian chili, smoked fish from our islands, great rum vintages, delectable sweets, and a touch of coffee and chocolate.

Free Time, Pain de Sucre Beach, Sunbathing, Swimming, Caribbean Sea

After lunch, head to the golden sands of Pain de Sucre Beach. Here, approximately one hour of free time is made available for you to relax, unwind, and soak up the tropical sun on a complimentary deckchair, and enjoy a refreshing swim in the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. At the conclusion of your relaxing foodie outing at the Le Bois Joli Resort, re-board your coach and commence the short drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 109 yards (about 100 metres), at times over uneven, natural, and sandy surfaces and inclines, with a few steps to negotiate to embark/disembark the boat. Walking at the Le Bois Joli Resort is at the discretion of each guest. This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, guests with back and/or neck problems, guests with heart and/or respiratory problems, guests with prone to seasickness, guests with food allergies, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear a swimsuit under a cover-up with beach shoes, and bring sun protection, insect repellent, a towel, change of clothing, bottled water, and Euros, US Dollars, and/or credit cards for purchases from the ship.
