Discover the history and the haunts of renowned French author Albert Camus on this tour that traces his life in Oran, as well as his writings about this place.

In 1939, French Nobel Prize writer, Albert Camus wrote "Le Minotaure ou la halte d'Oran." In the epigraph, he describes Oran: "A happy and realistic city, Oran no longer needs writers: she expects tourists." In three of his works, "Le Minotaure", "L' Etranger" and "La Peste", he evokes several places in Oran.
